Two-Day Trip on Mount Olympus, KE.O.A.X. – Vrysopoules (from Thessaloniki)
Activity Description
Experience the magic of winter hiking and mountaineering on Mount Olympus!
Experience a unique winter adventure with us on snowy Mount Olympus, the majestic mountain of the gods. In March, the mountain still holds abundant snow, and the high-altitude landscape becomes truly impressive: on one side stretches the Aegean Sea, and on the other, the mountainous ranges of Macedonia, creating panoramic views rarely found elsewhere.
On the first day, we ascend to KE.O.A.X., settle in, and take a short acclimatization hike to familiarize ourselves with the environment and test our winter equipment. On the second day, we continue higher into alpine, snow-covered terrain, using specialized gear according to the conditions. If the weather allows, we aim to reach Skolio, the second highest peak in Greece at 2,909 m, enjoying breathtaking views from the peaks of Olympus.
Join us to experience Mount Olympus in winter – an adventure that will remain truly unforgettable.
